What we do
People - not programs.
At REFORM we focus on the relational foundations that shape identity, resilience, and purpose. Every initiative below is built around the same conviction: community as family.
Healthy communication
Teaching the skills that break cycles of toxic relationships and rebuild trust at home, in work, and in community.
Mentoring to wholeness
Walking with individuals back to confidence, purpose, and a life-giving vision for their future.
Family strengthening
Equipping single mothers, youth, and families with patterns that build healthy generations.
Recovery support
Community-based substance abuse support, accountability, and connection for those rebuilding their lives.
Poverty & homelessness
Assisting families facing poverty and homelessness - feeding, caring, and restoring dignity.
Workforce readiness
Resume building, education and grant-writing support, and access to vital resources and opportunities.

Meet Shannon
A relational approach to identity, family, and community.
Shannon Lea Sinnett writes on identity, mental health, and the cultural consequences of diagnostic thinking. With years of direct engagement across clinical, educational, and faith-based settings, her work asserts a critical distinction: clinical care stabilizes impairment - but it is not a substitute for the relational environments where resilience, character, and identity are formed.
Through REFORM Community Initiative, Shannon brings that conviction into the streets, homes, and gathering places of real communities.
