Kendall Toney
Chief Development Officer
A life Coach & Creative Arts Leader
I empower youth to achieve life goals and develop direction amid challenges such as family substance abuse, toxic relationships, and economic instability. Through mentorship and arts-based engagement, I equip young people with healthy communication skills, job-readiness preparation, and practical life skills that support long-term success.
As a survivor of generational substance abuse and poverty, I understand firsthand the impact of limiting belief systems. Through a transformed mindset and intentional personal development, I overcame those barriers and now teach youth how to break free from inherited limitations, build resilience, and pursue goals beyond what their circumstances once defined.

Shannon L Sinnett
Founder & Executive Director
I serve as an Interventionalist, Life Coach, Pastoral Counselor, Mentor, Educationalist, and Communication Specialist
I am passionate about whole-person transformation and focus on addressing the root causes that limit long-term success. Through a multidisciplinary approach, I work to dismantle poverty mindsets, substance abuse patterns, toxic relationship cycles, and identity fragmentation.
By cultivating emotional intelligence, effective communication, and personal accountability, I guide individuals toward healing, self-awareness, and sustainable change. My restorative model integrates counseling, coaching, education, and mentorship to move people beyond temporary solutions—empowering them to build resilience, sustain healthy relationships, and achieve goals once thought unattainable.

Briana Brown
Chief Operating Officer
Women’s Empowerment & Recovery Program Director
I am deeply committed to supporting women especially single mothers and those who have survived toxic or abusive relationships as they rebuild their lives and reclaim their strength.
I come to this work not only with compassion, but with lived experience. I have survived an abusive relationship and faced abandonment during pregnancy. I know firsthand how isolating, overwhelming, and frightening it can be to navigate survival, healing, and motherhood without the support every woman deserves.
That experience fuels my purpose. My mission is to ensure that women feel seen, supported, and empowered not defined by what they have endured, but strengthened by what they overcome. I am dedicated to creating safe, supportive spaces where women find encouragement, access resources, build community, and rediscover their voice and worth.
Through this nonprofit, I walk alongside women as they clarify their goals, restore their sense of self-worth, and take intentional, life-changing steps toward stability, confidence, and independence for themselves and their children.
Together, we can transform survival into stability, restore hope, and turn pain into purpose.
